(c) Adjuster
applicants seeking an examination exemption under Insurance Code
Article 21.07-4 §10(4) shall complete both a certified
adjuster prelicensing education course of not less than 40 hours
and pass the course examination testing the applicant's knowledge
and qualifications as set forth in this subchapter. Adjuster
applicants shall complete at least 30 hours of the course requirement
through classroom or classroom equivalent course work.
